Q. The device is not connected! Please re-try connecting the device using the following method. 1. Make sure the charger is turned on. 2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. 3. Put both modules into the cradle, wait 3-5 seconds, and then remove them from the cradle. 4. Make sure the module has enough battery. If the battery is low, charge it sufficiently and reconnect it. *If the LED on the module does not light up, please contact the head office.
