3.      “Exosystems device” is a neuromuscular stimulation and functional electrical stimulation device developed and sold by the company, A device that works with the service through a Bluetooth connection. Article 3       (specification of terms and conditions, amendment)

Article 8       Provision of Services

④       Members are solely responsible for problems arising from posts posted on the service.  

⑤       Members may not reproduce, distribute, or copy the contents of posts other than their own without prior consent from the company. You must not transmit, use or allow any third party to use it.  

⑥       Member posts are arbitrary information for the company's service promotion, promotion, marketing, promotion, etc. It can be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, posted, and exposed on the communication network, and can be modified and edited to the extent that the essential content is not changed.  

Article 11   ("Management of Posts)

6.     Store and use Exosystems devices out of reach of children 

7.     Regarding the use of the electrical stimulation function of Exosystems devices, use it only within 30 minutes at a time, 2-3 times a day 

②     Members shall not engage in the following actions in relation to service use. 

1.     registration of false information when applying for service use and making changes 

2.     Unauthorized change, deletion, etc. of various information posted in the service  

3. Disassembling, altering, or copying the service through any processing activities

4. Infringement of rights, including intellectual property rights of the company and other third parties

5.     Collecting personal information of others or damaging reputation  

6. Sending advertisements or exposing obscene or violent information without the consent of the company

7.     Theft of personal information or mobile devices of others 

8.     An act of using the service or accessing the company's system in an abnormal way, not according to the service usage method provided by the company

9.     Acts that are judged to interfere with the smooth service of the company 

10.  Acts of using the service for one's own or others' commercial purposes

12.   Threatening electronic transaction order, such as interfering with others' service use 

13.  Acts of impersonating a company, operator, or employee outside of the service

18.  Other illegal or unfair actions 

③       The company, at its discretion, takes the following actions against members who violate their obligations: You can.

③       The member is solely responsible for managing the ID and password, and the member is responsible for providing the ID and password to others. Cannot be transferred or rented. 

④       The company is responsible for loss or damage caused by leakage, transfer, or rental of ID and password without fault. We take no responsibility. 

⑤       If a member recognizes that his/her membership information has been stolen or is being used by a third party without permission, You must notify the company without delay and follow the company's instructions, if any. If the member does not notify the company without delay or does not follow the company's instructions even after notifying the company, the company will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by theft or unauthorized use by a third party.

⑥      Account management is the responsibility of the individual member, and the member transfers his/her account to others under any circumstances. Do not allow others to use it, or use it for the use of other people's services.  

Article 15   (limitation of liability of the company) 

①       If the company is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure,

④       The company is not responsible for the use of services provided free of charge unless otherwise specified in the relevant laws and regulations.  

 

-      Chapter 5: Termination of Contract and Usage Restrictions

Article 16   (Member's request to cancel the contract and stop using)

Article 18     (Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction) 

①       Legal disputes between the company and its members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
